Online purchases from Rainbrace website (www.rainbrace.com) are valid for exchange and return within 15 days after you received the package. Our return center is located in USA.
Please submit a request for return/exchange on your order page and we will try our best to meet your request. Please Contact Us immediately if you need help.
All return/exchange items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unwashed and with all the original labels attached in original packaging. If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued. You are welcome to make an exchange as long as it is in stock or alternatively get a refund.
Return Shipping fees are at the customer's own expense.
We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without notifying us first. You must email us a picture showing the problem/defect after submitting the return/exchange request online first.
STEP 1: Please send an email (RainbraceSales@outlook.com) to us and explain the reason first.
STEP 2: Ship the return package to our warehouse and input the return shipping info ( tracking No. & delivery company) on our website.
Step 3: You will receive refund within one week or have an exchange order processed after we received your package.
We'll email you once the refund or exchange was processed.
Partial Delivery and Missing Items
Rainbrace products are shipped from different warehouses and in some cases we may have to split your order so that you can receive some of your items faster.
Please rest assured, if the item is missing, we will resend it for free within the warranty period.
Please do check your order and package contents carefully before signing for the package.
We offer full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase. You should send an email to us once you decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer partial refund after charging a 15% cancellation fee. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us again.
Product Damage and Refund (if applicable)
Please contact us within 24 hours after receiving the goods, and send a picture of the product to us, we will arrange for a refund after the audit. Once the product is delivered to the customer, it means that the purchase price has been used. In case of damage, we will refund the product and 0-50% shipping cost.
If it is more than 24 hours,we will default the product to be intact and will not accept the refund request.
Other situations can be dealt with as appropriate.
